Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Cut the puff pastry sheet into 8 squares
Puff pastry – 320 g

Spread 1 tbsp of the cream cheese in the middle of each square
Vegan cream cheese – 80 g

Put a small amount of the smoked salmon pieces over the cream cheese
Smoked salmon – 50 g

Add 1 tsp of capers to the rest of the ingredients
Capers – 40 g

Fold the squares and press hard all the ends so that they stick firmly

Bake for 15-20 min
