Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Cook the fusilli according to the package instructions.
Spelt fusilli – 70 g
In a bowl mix the eggs, almond milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, raisins and the juice of the orange.
Eggs – 2, almond milk – 30 ml, maple syrup – 20 ml, cinnamon – 1 tsp, raisins – 15 g, orange – 1
Then pour the mixture in an ovenproof dish and add the already cooked pasta.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, peel the clementine and put it on medium heat in a frying pan for 2-3 minutes.

Add the sugar and stir constantly. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Sugar – 1 Tbsp
When the pasta is baked put it into a plate and pour the caramelized clementines on top of it.
