In a saucepan add the oats and the almond milk and bring them to the boil. When they start boiling, turn off the heat and cover them with a lid.
Oats – 50 g, almond milk – 200 ml

Meanwhile, cut the apple into four pieces and save one for decoration. Cut the rest of the apple into small cubes and put it in a frying pan together with the maple syrup and cinnamon. Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
Apple – 3/4, maple syrup – 2 Tbsp, cinnamon – 1 tsp

Then add the apple cubes to the oats, mix very well and transfer the mixture to a bowl.

For the decoration, cut the remaining apple into thin slices and arrange them in the middle of the bowl. Add the raisins and seeds next to the apple pieces.
