Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Put a strainer over a saucepan filled with 1 inch of water and bring the water to the boil. Then add the kale, cover and steam it for 5 minutes.
Kale – 100 g
Meanwhile, melt the butter in a microwave and then add some yoghurt and the eggs.
Vegan butter – 60 g, yoghurt – 200 g, eggs – 3
Use ⅔ of that mixture in the next step.
Grab a filo pastry sheet, spread 2 tbsp of that mixture, add a little bit of kale and roll.
Filo pastry – 135 g
Put it in a round ovenproof dish, previously lined with baking paper, and form a spiral with all of the pastry rolls.
Cut the cheese into thin slices and put it randomly between the rolls.
Vegan cheese – 50 g
The remaining ⅓ of the mixture pour evenly over the formed spiral.
Bake for 30-40 minutes.
