Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Cut the vegetable in bite-sized pieces.
Potatoes – 100 g, Broccoli – 100 g, Mushrooms – 100 g

Put them in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients and mix.
Soya cream – 50 g, nutritional yeast – 2 Tbsp, cumin – 1 tsp, egg – 1, pepper, salt

Transfer to an ovenproof dish and bake for 30 minutes.
