Pit the dates and soak them for a couple of minutes in hot water so that they get softer.
Dates – 5

Put the oats and the milk in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
Oats – 50 g, almond milk – 200 ml

Remove from the heat and cover with a lid.

Meanwhile cut the banana into bite sized pieces and saute in a frying pan with a bit of coconut oil for 5 minutes.
Banana – 1, Coconut oil – 1 tsp

Drain, mash and add the dates to the porridge and mix.

Transfer to a bowl and add the banana on top.
