Remove the skin from the fish and cook the fillets in a frying pan with a bit of avocado oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes.
Salmon – 200 g, avocado oil – 1 Tbsp, salt, black pepper

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
Spelt fusilli – 140 g

Meanwhile, cut the chives very finely and add it in a food processor with the rest of the ingredients for the sauce. Blend until smooth.
Chives – 10 g, silken tofu – 100 g, soya cream – 50 g, lemon juice- ½ lemon , clementine – 1

Drain the pasta and put it back to the saucepan.

Trim and add the salmon to the pasta. The sauce goes there too.

Cook everything for 5 minutes and serve.
