Instructions

Peel and mash the banana with a fork.
Banana – 1

Put it in a saucepan with the oats, almond milk and maple syrup and bring them to the boil.
Oats – 50 g, almond milk – 200 ml, maple syrup – 20 ml

When the water starts boiling, remove from the heat and cover the saucepan with a lid.

After 5 minutes add the spirulina powder to the saucepan and mix.
Spirulina powder – 1 tbsp

Then transfer the hot mixture into a bow and decorate with goji berries, sesame and poppy seeds and some grated coconut.
Goji berries – 20 g, sesame seeds – 10 g, poppy seeds – 10 g, grated coconut – 10 g
