Cut finely the tomatoes, olives, onion and basil and put them in a bowl.
Tomatoes – 100 g, olives – 30 g, onion – 30 g, basil – 20 g

Add the sesame oil, avocado oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and black pepper to your taste, squeeze the lemon and mix.
Sesame oil – 1 Tbsp, Avocado oil – 1 Tbsp, balsamic vinegar – 1Tbsp, lemon – 1/2, black pepper, salt

Toast the bread and cut it so you have three halves and spread the mixture evenly on the slices.
Bread – 1.5
