|This is our twist to a typical Bulgarian soup called “Tarator”. The original recipe is with olive oil and dill, but we are going to use sesame oil and dried oregano instead.|
Cut the cucumber into very small cubes, about half centimetre each.
Cucumber – 50 g
In a bowl mix the yoghurt, water and the sesame oil.
Yoghurt – 200 g, water -150 ml, sesame oil – 1 Tbsp
Mash the garlic and add it in the bowl together with the cucumber.
Garlic – 1 clove
Season with oregano and salt.
Dried oregano – 1/2 tsp, salt
