French toast rolls with banana, chocolate and rum

Slice the banana lengthwise and sauté in a frying pan on a low heat with a little bit of coconut oil.
Banana -1, coconut oil – 1 tsp

Meanwhile, flatten the bread slices using a rolling pin.
Bread – 2 slices

In a bowl mix the egg, almond milk, cinnamon and the rum.
Egg – 1, almond milk – 50 ml, cinnamon – 1 tsp, rum – 1 Tbsp

Remove the banana from the heat. Save one half for decoration and the other one split in two and put it on top of the bread slices.

Add the chocolate and roll.
Chocolate – 40 g

Dip the rolls in the mixture and cook each side until golden brown.

Serve with coconut yoghurt and the rest of the banana.
